Tribute to our mentor
Getting started in crypto is fairly simple now with easy access to hundreds of phone apps. Immediately on social media you are met with hundreds of accounts forecasting and shilling everything possible. Having the right foundation from the beginning is the most important to set up your investing journey so it is well structured giving you the edge on the market.
On meeting our mentor many years back, we realised immediately he was a very special individual. He had 25 years of trading experience and traded everything from commodities, forex, stocks and crypto. He could apply his methodology to any market at any time. He had dedicated his life to continuously improving his trading, mindset and methodology. He was a very charismatic and humble individual who was passionate about the highest level of technical analysis. He also had certain principles he stuck to and throughout his career he never shilled a scam coin or promoted anything purely for financial gain.
We spent a lot of time and a small fortune to learn from him daily. He taught to such detail that most do not realise this level of TA is in existence. We practiced over and over together which is why our analysis is always consistent with the same approach. One of the most valuable things he said was “Do not assume you know. Realise you do not know what will happen and there is no way of knowing. Realising this will make you prepare better for all scenarios and remove the emotion”.
